In 2006, it seemed like the logical next step to hire a producer (the ingenious, chaotic and loveable Brady Blade from Louisiana) to make our various musical ideas (radio) compatible. Released as PAY-TV (though we changed to THE OBSESSIONS shortly after), “Everything Is Happening” features a playful mix of styles – from its melancholic title track (teenage-angst) to “Ordinary Girl” (pop, our second music video), “Emma and Julian” (a happy lovebirds’ live favourite), “Days Are Oceans” (jazz, written at sea) and “Screw that” (reggae!). The Markster’s (HOLY BUDDIES) favourite album of ours!
